Copyright and Licensing

Official Publication Terms and Author Accountability Protocols

Copyright

Copyright in all articles published in The EPH – International Journal of Science and Engineering is retained by the author(s).

By submitting a manuscript and agreeing to its publication, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and make the work publicly available in electronic and other formats for scholarly communication, indexing, and preservation purposes. This arrangement allows authors to retain full ownership of their work while enabling the journal to disseminate the content globally.

Authors warrant and confirm that:

  • The submitted manuscript is original and has not been published previously, in whole or in part.
  • They hold the necessary rights to publish all components, including text, figures, images, and tables.
  • The work does not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties.

The journal does not assume responsibility for copyright violations, ethical breaches, or legal claims arising from author-submitted content. Any disputes or liabilities remain the sole responsibility of the author(s).

Licensing & Reuse

  • Readers are free to read, download, copy, and share for non-commercial purposes.
  • No prior permission is required for scholarly use.
  • Proper attribution to the original author(s) and source is mandatory.
  • The work may not be altered, transformed, or built upon.

This model ensures wide dissemination while protecting authors’ rights and research integrity.

Author Warranties

By submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors confirm and agree that:

  • The work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • They possess the legal rights to publish all included content.
  • The manuscript contains no material violating copyright, proprietary, or third-party rights.
