Author Guidelines

1. General Submission Policy

E-Pub has established comprehensive author guidelines to support the publication process from initial submission to final publication, ensuring high standards of academic quality, transparency, and effective scholarly dissemination.

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere at the time of submission.
  • Only unique and authentic research is accepted.
  • Article revisions after submission are permitted in accordance with journal policies.
  • Authors may not retract a manuscript once it has been submitted and selected for publication.
  • Editors and peer reviewers reserve the right to make necessary formatting, stylistic, and editorial modifications.
  • If a manuscript is withdrawn after submission or acceptance, any processing fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • Formatting or technical processing fees may be charged in accordance with the standards of the target journal.

2. Author Assurance

By submitting a manuscript to E-Pub Publishing, authors confirm that:

  • The work is original and authored solely by the listed contributors.
  • The manuscript has not been published previously.
  • The content contains no defamatory, unlawful, or misleading material.
  • No content violates the privacy, intellectual property, or proprietary rights of any individual or organization.
  • All copyrighted material has been used with formal permission, where required.
  • Explicit consent has been obtained for the use of personal or sensitive data, where applicable.

3. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Formatting Requirements

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12 pt
  • Spacing: Single line spacing
  • Paper Size: A4
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Paragraph Indentation: 5–7 spaces

Figures and Tables

  • Must be centered on the page
  • Properly numbered and cited within the text
  • Text wrapping should be avoided

(Note: Some journals may require figures and tables to be placed after the references.)

4. Manuscript Structure and Content

Title

  • Clear, concise, and descriptive
  • Reflects the scope and outcome of the study

Abstract

  • Brief overview of the manuscript (1–2 paragraphs)
  • Structured in alignment with manuscript sections

Introduction

  • States the purpose and objectives of the study
  • Provides relevant background literature
  • Clearly defines the research gap and hypothesis

Materials and Methods

  • Detailed and reproducible methodology
  • Description of materials, instruments, procedures, and participants
  • Explanation of data collection and statistical analysis

Results

  • Presented objectively using tables, figures, and graphs
  • No interpretation beyond observed data
  • Statistical outcomes clearly described
  • Study limitations acknowledged

Conclusion

  • Summarizes key findings
  • Explains how objectives were achieved
  • Discusses implications and relevance
  • Avoids unsupported generalizations

References

  • Must follow the citation style prescribed by the target journal
  • Commonly aligned with ICMJE guidelines, unless otherwise stated
