Publication Ethics

E-Pub Publishing Services adheres to the ethical standards and best practices recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

All manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening for scope, originality, and ethical compliance, followed by a double-blind peer-review process to ensure impartial and independent evaluation.

Peer review is conducted by qualified editors and reviewers with relevant academic expertise. Editorial checks ensure clarity, accuracy, academic integrity, and adherence to publishing standards. Minor language or technical edits may be made without affecting the scholarly content.

Research Misconduct

Research misconduct includes plagiarism, duplicate or simultaneous submission, redundant publication, data fabrication or falsification, and unethical research practices.

All allegations of misconduct are investigated by the editorial office in accordance with COPE guidelines. Authors are given the opportunity to respond. Proven misconduct may result in rejection, correction, retraction, or removal of the article. Unresolved cases may be referred to the author’s affiliated institution.

Authorship and Authorship Changes

Authorship must accurately reflect contributions to the work. Requests for authorship changes (addition or removal of authors, including corresponding authors) before or after publication require written justification and written consent from all authors.

If agreement cannot be obtained, the manuscript or article may be placed on hold, and unresolved disputes may be referred to the relevant institution.

Conflicts of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that could influence the research, review, or publication process. Declared conflicts are evaluated and managed transparently by the editorial office.

Data Availability and Research Transparency

Authors are encouraged to ensure data transparency and reproducibility. Where applicable, data sources, datasets, or supporting materials should be clearly cited or made available in recognized repositories, unless restricted by ethical, legal, or confidentiality considerations.

Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The use of generative AI tools is permitted only to support language editing or formatting. AI tools must not be used to generate original research content, data, images, or conclusions. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their work and must disclose AI use where required.
