Abstract

WAN technology allows the interconnection of distant company sites for the exchange of information. So the internet connection here in DRC is a headache for many people. This difficulté is due to unexpected interruptions and slowness when sending or downloading a file. Reason why we thought of writing this article in order to arouse the curiosity of scientists in general, particulary that of computer scientists, on a study of optimization of telecommunications networks in our country DRC. This optimilization will focus on aggregating the bandwidths of several internet access providers installed in our country and especially the companies that use cellular technology (Airtel, Orage, Vodacom). This aggregation will allow us to have a redundant internet connection. That is to say, as we usually use two SIM cards in the same Mobile Station, we can also have the possibility of connecting both SIM cards to internet and therfore avoid network unavailability.
