This research paper analyzes the evolution, benefits, and ethical challenges of AI-powered hotel booking systems within the broader context of smart tourism destination management. Drawing upon recent scholarly work, the paper examines the technical architecture, empirical evaluation, and stakeholder implications of these systems.
